Yoga Exercise
Is yoga a popular exercise in France? Do women regularly take yoga classes at a studio?
I’m just curious. If not, what kind of exercises are popular in France? Or do people just exercise independently by walking everywhere?
Don’t think so, and they are not exercise friendly. But the French have three very good habits. They don’t eat junk food, and sit at the table eating – slowly, quietly, enjoying. (and a glass of wine, a day) On top of that they walk and bicycle everywhere they have to go. Thus enough exercise for the day.
