Vertical Dumbbell
I was thinking of buying some protein weight and muscle supplements, can anyone help?
Hey guys, going to buy some supplements, know a mate who has used them and has got a lot bigger, so I was thinking I would do the same. Went on to myprotein.co.uk and found the ones he used – Cee tablets and hurricane evo (4lb) shake, anyone have any opinions on whether I should go ahead with this?
Also anyone who has done a similar thing, how often must I Work Out to get results, at home I have a vertical multigym, dumbbells, a rower and an Exercise Bike as well as exercises you can do without equipment. What sort of workout programs have you used – coz I was thinking time is an issue coz I work at a supermaret as well as starting up my own business too (which in itself can be physical work, is this the right time to start with supplements?)
Can anyone help/advise?
no all these pills and rubbish are cheating there ripping u. Build Muscle the old fashion way good diet and heavy weights.
