Treadmill at full speed goes a mile in 8 minutes, is that too slow?
I lift weights for 30 minutes, then do cardo after for 30-45 minutes. When I do cardio I run/sprint for 25 minutes and that totals 2 miles? On someday I don’t use my treadmill and just Jump Rope for 15-20minutes. My question is can I get optimal results with the speed of my treadmill, or do I need to use a faster one
Just pace your self, your body will tell you how much is too much. If it’s too easy a pace, bump it up
