Training Resistance

HIIT everyday, along with Resistance Training 3 days a week. Is it bad for you?
Ok im doing resistance training 3 days a week. By doing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), can that do more harm than good.
you only need to do HIIT 2-3x a week. when you exercise at maximum effort you have to give the central nervous system time to recover from exercise. it takes the CNS longer to recover from high intensity exercise than does skeletal muscle.
save the HIIT for your non-weight training days.
