I’m deciding on if I sohuld buy the TKO Extreme Training Waist Trimmer. It is a strip of meterial that you strap around your waist to tighten your stumoc and build better abs. Do these products actually work? I need to now soon. Here’s the link.

If it makes you loose weight then how do I loose the size and fat content of my stumoc.

and it works
it doesnt make your waist smaller
but it loses your water weight
but when you drink water back
it comes back
it works kinda though
i like it but when you buy it only wear it to go running or walking because you will get a big nasty rash forever
it makes you sweat a ton
