Tae Kwon Do Self Defense Real ande

Many of us have practiced Tae Kwon Do for years (I am 24 years old), but there is a hidden truth We will not admit it – this is just how effective is our art is a real self-defense. In this article, I will bring to the table that I can see the main points to self-defense, it is my opinion, many people do not understand.

I am not a "tough", but in many real quarrel – Three were struggling to three minutes, and longer, which in the long term the real situation in terms of! I lost a few battles, won a few battles, and fortunately it stopped before it went too far on one occasion.

I'm not like those we see in UFC – I am in fear of these guys, because real courage (not for me, I'm afraid). In my time, I found myself very hard to lose a bruises due to the growing teeth and scars on my body, now look at and think 'why can not I just Walk Away. "The answer is – I could not walk at the time. Pride and ego, thinking 'I know this clown."

Many Compete on a regular semi-contact tournaments, and often grow in us a false notion, especially if successful – we feel we can beat anybody, but there are some points to be dealt with especially if you have never had a real struggle. First of all, you are doing a half-link art to which the rules. Second, the judges and the referee will be protected if things heated in the ring.

In a real situation, a lot of consideration. I'm sorry if you do not want to hear the truth, but I have learned the hard way. It's not nice having your face broke into a a certain degree if you look like the elephant man, and he can not speak for several weeks. I have this when I was 14 years old, and I only 2 years of training. I thought it was hard, but I learned a valuable lesson from an older boy who is a very experienced street fighter who has everything its way to bash me up.I have learned that the TKD looks good, but only a fraction of the real-life situations. First, golden rule of real self-defense – there are no rules. OK! So, I think, Think about this, and you may understand what I am saying here. Ÿ The person that if attacks on the street is not going to apologize if one of the shots hit the deck. Contrary to the club or competition case if goes down, you do not stop.Ÿ Those skilled in the use of contrast guages, ear grab, groin strikes and grabs her feet on the ground and it is important to you.

Will be used in the environment, so I do not think your face is not broken a wall or a hard object. Today, weapons often used – wood boards, knives and knuckle dusters, to name a few. There are other issues to think about here. We all had a fear factor to get in the ring – you know, a tight stomach, sweaty palms, nausea and general nerve. Well, the real self-defense, this is worse, mainly because it receives the adrenaline dump, which you can get all of the above matter of seconds, not minutes. I feel your legs, stuck to the ground, and strikes me that being slow and useless. In a sparring match, then press the opponent – They are back down, but a real self defense situation, you can come to you from one end to beat you and hurt you. Attack for anything and everything, as opposed to the sparring match.

I heard recently becoming a master beat. He was walking his dog, when two thugs named after the name of their faces, they are attacked. What are the two verses from one of our curriculum (like most), but let's face it – two He challenged the same time, the aim is a recipe for disaster. If you think otherwise, you need a reality check.

There was an altercation Two drunks, fortunately, if you are already used in arc hand strike, one of the guys' throat, forcing him back, but the the other swung a piece of wood. I went inside and head butted and he went down. I jumped in the car and drove off, as I was able to get a beating, when they both came me at once! Funny thing is that a week later apologized to the local pub, blamed the booze. I'm relieved as I am DJ'ing During so you can imagine what I thought when I turned up at the concert, only to see them, and the five lads!

Do Martial Arts will work! Of course not! You get the means to defend themselves in the classroom, such as trust, control, and all offensive devices. Let's face it, TKD White Collar defense system (or that's what people say about it), but the real self-defense, it will only be successful if you change your mindset to understand is that the thumb in the eye helps to target, and do not forget that golden rule (So far – no rules apply) The TKD is an art to exercise to build a more peaceful world, it is always advisable talk about the way forward in the struggle. I follow these simple rules, which have helped over the years.

The rules followed in the as follows: –

1st Know the environment – searching for an escape route (if there is a chance, would jump to his companions).
2nd Put the fence as an argument (for a fence falling into the hands of time, so the attacker can not be predicted in advance).

3rd Never miss that too close – keeps the place clean.

4th If they are shouting, you have two options –

(1try and calm down, such as a negative force in the situation of action, or 2) cry over it, saying: "Calm down" or something to be.

5th If attacked, only with hard assets that you know – elbow, knee, head, and look for that one shot that can finish the fight. It is also what can be achieved around and can be used as a plank of wood, underground tanks and walls. (Another tip to study the fundamental entities points that support our rapid completion of the attack – can be found in the encyclopedia).

6th Not a high kick – the first low- and turning kick to the groin thighsor can be connected, and can be targeted to the needs.

7th Do not forget basics attacks since they can be very effective.

8th If you want to be ready, do not go to a real self-defense courses (many of them are there, what was one of Mr. A. Davis a few years ago and it helped us with lies) – the reality
they are hard, and is not shy about the using foul language. After all, if you hear the most disgusting language used in general before the battle, which re-establishes the adrenaline dump we go through, before the confrontation.

Regardless of grade and experience, we all go through the same stress before the fight. The secret to changing your mind and making sure we understand where all hell breaks loose, we must fight, as our not in the ring. Another point, if not faced with a situation like this – never go too far, when to stop. A wise man once said, that
on the best form of self-defense has started – this is okay, but sometimes there is no other choice but to fight.
