Time Alarm
I am late all the time, alarm clocks do not help me, what can I do?
I am always late for work, I have tried almost everything from loud alarms to the alarms that gradually get loud. What gives?? when I get home from work I am tired but I can’t sleep or Ill be up all night and sometime if I am not tired I don’t fall asleep til midnight. Where does this cycle start and how can I fix this mess?
You have to want to get up. If it was a day when you had something exciting and fun to do, you’d be up like a shot. In other words, it’s psychological.
