How do you get motivated to go to the gym or do whatever form of keeping yourself fit?
most advice is to do an hour 3 times a week, I’m ok once i get started but what gives you the kick start?
especially when its freezing cold or you just finish a hard day at work!
make it a game, and really set a good goal for yourself.
ipods are aslo essential in going to the gym.
and you can also give yourself an inncentive, like eating a can of Ben and Jerry’s when you have ran 3 miles (it always works for me:D)
