Great confidence builder. Good kids, and beginning professionals to do something with them it was believed that he could not do it. This gives them a psychological confidence, which can be measured. Apart from the confidence-building, that essentially has no real training in the practical application for me. Boards do not hit back, not a condition for anything, and I would prefer to develop the hitting power of a bag or pillow, and judging by the sound or the look of anguish on his face pad holder. Believe me, the sound effects are so strong enough confidence in the bag or pillow, and gives me the idea, if you're doing it right. Poor technique, low energy, it sounds like a slap in the face. Appropriate technique, high-performance sound like a car crash. Breaking a board or two is not surprising measure performance. Economy is a technique the papers that it is slightly easier to break. I saw motivational speakers, corporate retreats to get all sorts of people to easily and quickly break through a 20-minute presentation to the board of the trust. Again, good for kids, soccer mom, and the hobby as a confidence builder. Not I feel that much more to offer than in person.
