If anyone has ever owned a large or small Vera Bradley duffel?

I am going to a formal in New Orleans in a few weeks (I’m in Atlanta) and I leave Friday and come back Sunday. I need to pack all my weekend accessories (dress, change of shirt, makeup, etc) in it. I am thinking of getting a Vera Bradley duffel for it, and my question is do you think a small duffel is too small or should I go ahead and get a large one? Thanks so much!!
