Is there anyway to greater resistance of the Resistance Band?
Ok so today I went to buy a resistance band, because patients I was in the crowd, I have been training weights for 6 months and I want to change the way I exercise. Well, I have a band too Poor me, so I wanted to replace it with another one, and the @ ss hole is not wanted. so is there anyway to add a resistance band? On strengthening right next to the handle and is pretty poor … any mechanical ideas? : P
you will usually need more than one resistance band anyway ..
