Everlast Chinning
So I got this “Everlast Chin up/Sit up Bar (for the door)” Bar?

BUT THE FOAM IS stuck on one end! I realize its because it only adjusts from one end, but now the foam is stuck on one side!!
It says “Foam can be adjusted to the center by pushing down firmly on it until it reaches desired position”. So I took its end, put it vertically to the floor, and tried to drag the darn foam to the end! Its like glued their!

Yeah i just got one of those things also and in the process of trying to move the foam i broke the bar. I now cannot shrink or stretch the bar. What i did was put the bar on the floor grabbed the foam end and pushed down as hard as i could. DO NOT DO THIS! It will break the mechanism that allows it to shrink and stretch. But i also am at a loss for how to move the foam and how to fix my chin up bar.
