Is it possible to undo the damage caused by grinding your teeth? Enamel of the teeth can be restored if lost?
The dentist says my teeth not terrible, but that there is a lot more than grinding to a 21-year-old man. I've had a stressful life in the past 10 year, and that may be because I'm grinding my teeth at night. I'll start wearing a protective housing, but worried about the damage. Any practical hints and tips other than good oral health care anyway? I'm brushing twice a day and floss daily.
