Sparring Foot
sparring question?
i was just wondering what sparring equipment you wear at your studio.
for me it is:
Black Belts – we wear headgear, mouthguard, shin guards, hand and foot protectors, and for boys a cup.
everyoneelse that spars(green and up)- they wear chest guard, headgear, mouthguard, shin guards, hand and foot protectors, and boys wear a cup.

Well today versus the old days is far different.
The old days we wore no Head Gear, just white padded cloth on our hands, no foot hear, mouth gear and groin protection.
THAT was it.
Now with Insurances and such most have to dress like a foam pad its horrible!
