Why do I like the pain of bruises and and having sore muscles after a workout?
I am not emo, where I will cause this paint on purpose, but I enjoy the pain of touching my bruises and having those fatigue muscles after a workout when you wake up the next morning, and I welcome it.
Is this a problem or do many people feel like this?
I think it probably makes you feel like you’ve done something good! As long as you pay attention to your body and don’t overdo, it’s probably fine.
