Sauna Suit
Hi I recently brought a sauna suit and have been exercising in it?
I was seriously overweight so I invested in a sauna suit I was about 120 kg’s and 14 days later i’m down to 99 Kg’s I do an excessive exercise regime, I would like to know if I am losing weight to fast and is it dangerous?
Sorry wasn’t more specific but my weight is actually after water loss.

Those suits are dangerous, be sure to drink alot of fluids as they suck it all out of you, too much sweating with them. Your body is working double time, to cool off because of the suit, and working out, it’s too much, they’re not recommended by any professional I know.
Several pounds a week is considered healthy and normal.
