How to build a C&C cage without coroplast?
Alright. I’ve got the cubes, and I have the initial enclosure set up… But no tray!
We’ve looked around and called every place around here, no one is selling coroplast at a price we can really afford right now. I’m wondering if there is anything else I could use that would be just as good for a more reasonable price?
I’m hoping for something under $20, but all ideas are welcome.

I don’t know if that link will work, it wouldn’t come up for me because the Lowes website is acting funny. But I was wondering if that could work? If anyone knows someone who’s tried it? They have some larger ones, also.

Try linoleum instead. Some people prefer it. I have coroplast and am quite happy with it. I found it was cheaper to get 2 4×4 sheets and tape them together than get 1 8×4 sheet – plus that was all the store had to sell. Coroplast shouldn’t be over $20. You’re getting ripped off. Linoleum should be cheaper if you’re not fussy about the pattern and will accept a scrap piece for under $10.
You’re going to want walls to keep the bedding and other things in the “cage.” See the above website for plans, ideas, etc.
