Punching Kicking
What brand of heavy bags would be good for punching and kicking?
By good, I mean very durable and can last for a very long time.
Also, is it better to have a freestanding one or the Old School hanging ones?
The best Punching Bag I ever found is the BOB, the Body Opponent Bag. Basically its a punching bag that is freestanding. The base is filled with water to keep it in place, but still give it some motion. The top is molded to resemble the torso of an adult man. It is extremely durable and gives to more realistic targets then pounding away at a cylindrical punching bag. After all let’s face it, how often are you going to fight an opponent that’s shaped like a perfect cylinder.
