Punching Boxing
Would punching the belly be most effective when boxing this guy?
I’m 26 years old and fighting a 58-year old police sargeant in a charity boxing match.
He is rather out of shape (big stomach) but agreed to box with me to raise money. He is 205llbs. I’m 190lbs. Everything else we are pretty much equal in terms of experience, etc.
If he’s out of shape, you would want to jab him while moving in and out for about a round or so, then wait till he gets tired and/or frustrated then go to the head or body.
