ab Circle Pro -Weight Loss estimate help- PLEASE HELP if you use or used the ab circle pro?
i got it yesterday, and i can tell it works. Its working for me and i like it, so please if your here to tell me it doesnt work, please leave. Anyways, according to the website and reviews on other sites, it says guarenteed weight loss by 2 weeks. Quite honestly, i could care less about losing weight, i just want to get into shape. I dont care what i weigh as long as i look good. Now using the ab circle pro at intermediete level 10-15 sometimes to 30 minutes each day, not really on a diet, and at 219 pounds, 5′9, 15, male. aproximately what month from now, or how long will it take me to get in to shape? I know this will do it, i just want to know for how long will have to do this. Im aiming for just skinny, or possibly build a 6 pack. also im lifting weights.
