5 Simple and Powerful Steps to Get Your Ex Back
Your ex is gone and you are feeling shattered, having sleepless nights, want to get her/him back but don’t know what to do? Don’t worry, calm yourself down and read the following 5 simple and powerful steps to get your ex back:
1. Don’t Be Desperate: One thing you have to understand that begging, clinging, and desperate behavior is much more likely to repel your lost love rather than attract them. There is an old saying that “no one needs the needy” and that applies here also. Show everyone that you have the situation under control. Don’t stay in closed doors for weeks hiding. Go out with some friends and realize that you are still the same social person.
2. Don’t Keep Calling or Sending Text: She/He may be angry or upset right now and needs some time to cool down. Leave her/him alone for about a week or so, and don’t call, send text message or email. Let her/him realize that you are fine without her/him, and then eventually she/he may feel like she/he needs you again.
3. Give a Little Time to Think: If you are the one who initiated the break up then giving a little time to yourself to think over the past things; the kisses you exchanged, the feelings you shared and the dreams you saw together, may bring back feelings in your heart for your ex.
4. Don’t Criticize your Ex: This is the worst thing someone can do if he/she wants his/her ex back. As I earlier said you should give some time to yourself and to your ex as well to cool down and think again. If you start criticizing and some way those words reach to your ex then all the hopes of uniting again will almost be gone.
5. Be Calm and Patient: Different emotions like guilt, relief, anger, depression and denial may come at different times and force you to do something at that very moment. But you have to be very calm and patience to think about the set of actions you are going to take.
