My friends and I were loading some major weights on the plate load leg press machine at the gym. During the reps, I did not feel pain, nor any awkward feelings. I’ve developed on the left side of my right shin. It is only tender to the touch, otherwise, there is no discomfort or pain. What could it be caused by?
