u got chivas, pachuca, and america for mexico
boca juniors, river plate, and estudiantes la plata for argentina
and sau paulo, inter, and gremio for brasil
If I have to choose then I would say Argentina because they dominate more frequently and have many teams constantly playing in international tournaments. However, Brazil has more players overseas than Argentina (1000+ vs 700-800). Mexico still have to get better in club international competition and might only talk about 4 teams so far for Mexico (Pachuca, Chivas, America and Cruz Azul twice Libertadores finalist)
