Fit is the most important part of selecting a Mouth Guard. It should stay securely in place during activity and you should be able to comfortable breathe and talk. Either will work… but if you wanty the best protection possible you’ll need to get one from your dentist. It’s not about “better” with these two… they’re both about the same.
