Smoking Cessation Products : Inhalation Aids

Nicorette nasal is onw of the way for smoking cessation, it is a spray which may be particularly helpful for most heavily dependent smokers,as the nicotine is rapidly absorbed through the blood vessels in the nose to relieve cravings quickly.

The nasal spray should always be used according the instructions in the pack, to relieve cravings in the first eight weeks after quitting smoking. The amount smokers use will depend on how many cigarettes they used to smoke and what strength they were, however, smokers should not use more than one spray in each nostril twice an hour.Smokers should then be able to reduce the amount they use the spray, so that they can use less and less nicotine. Ideally after two further weeks smokers should be using half of what they were initially using. After four weeks smokers should have stopped using the spray completely.
