Is It common to allow women to assist men in Dept Store, trying on clothes?
So, I want to know if the Department Stores that you go to will allow women to accompany a man into the changing rooms to try on clothes? If so, is it because the dressing room just isn’t monitored very closely, or bc the staff just doesn’t mind?
It’s not appropriate regardless of if the store minds or not. She should sit in the chairs provided outside of the dressing room and you should come out to her in the store and use the mirrors there if you need to discuss the clothing/fit etc.
Otherwise, it’s just a place for people to fool around…and you know that’s true
