Kit Nano
Has anyone bought a pair of nike+ shoes and the kit that connects to your Ipod Nano? How is it?
I need some motivation to get back into shape and I’m wondering if this would help.
pedometers are gaged on your step a runners step is not always even and so pedometers are not accurate. I have used 2 or 3 ran the same distance of 6 miles and had it register anywhere from 5-8 miles. The Nike + I hear works great, but there is also a small shoe pod that attaches the chip to any Running Shoes, there fore you can attach it to your favorite running shoes, unless you want the Nike’s. I found the item in the runners world magazine in the ad section. I use a GPS device since I did not have an IPOD at the time, a running partner likes the device but does not like the shoes that is made for. It is motivation to just go for a run and know how far and fast you are going along with some good tunes and nice weather around the corner,I find it motivating. Mark your run on your calendar and Just do it, as any other appointment. You will be glad you did
