A lazy fat kid?

ok im 6ft 290 i am 28% Body Fat of that 28% 40% is water
well any way i want to know if any on the ab belts work becuz im lazy lol and well i just want o get my lower belly fat gone i have the upper abs two pack but then i have my belly going over my belt line so just think i wanted to buy one ab belt like( SONIC ABS,AB-GYMNIC,AB Energizer,Slendertone Toning Belt,Ab Belt Contour) just hoping some one out htere used one that worked well thanx for the info
