what is a good kickboxing workout for a 13 year old boy?
i have a fairly high fitness level
+my own boxing bag and gloves
i would like to get really strong and fast for kickboxing before i take it up seriously

If you already have a high fitness level then it is worth going for it, everyone starts somewhere. I am very unfit, overweight, and I am doing Judo, I wanted to Lose Weight and improve my cardio and strength levels before taking it up properly, but I learnt to just go for it, take it up as soon as if you want to do it.
But if you really want to build up before you go for the classes, then just do some regular punching on your heavy bag, and kicking of course, or do some shadow boxing, or put on some Protective Gear with a friend and do some light sparring.
