Best Rowing Machine for Swimmers?
I’ve been looking at the S350 Fluid Rower Commercial Rowing Machine but is there any better 1? For swimmers that is.
Personally I prefer the ergs from Concept2. I think the air resistance system is easier to maintain than a water tank. The top model Concept2 is about $400 cheaper than the model you’re looking at and comes with the Heart Rate monitor as standard.
Rowing is great for swimmers, regardless of the erg used. However in terms of overall value I’d suggest going with a Concept2.
