Elbow(golfer’s) Tendinitis recovery?
I am recovering from tendinitis.It is slowly getting better but there is still a faint sort of crunching noise when I flex my arm out.(Palm down).Is this scar tissue build up?This really doesn’t bother me except for the fact that it hinders my guitar playing.I don’t seem to have the stanima I once did and If I play too long it gets a little sore.Will this crunching noise go away without surgery?Warming up does help alot(I use a Dynaflex Powerball and a handmaster).
It should go away. I had the same problem and it went away in about 2 weeks. If it doesnt get better i would consider more drastic measures.
