Walking, fitness, keeping curves and staying healthy?
ok I have worked out a lot in my life and im sick of it! I hate taking the time to do weights or stength workouts.
They only thing I can stick with is walking, I can speed walk for 30 mins before I get bored and if im just relaxing while walking, I can do it forever! I take my dog out for 2, 30 min speed walks a day (one before breakfast and one after supper) and then after supper we stop and play in the park, so im walking more or runnung.
I walk for 7.5 hours at work, 5 days a week and I stock a lot, so I’m squating and lifting stuff. Lifting isnt heavy at all but its something!
I eat 1500 cals a day, I just dont want to gain weight, maybe lose a little, im 5′5 and 141 lbs. I’m biult fairly well and can put on muscle no problem
My question is will doing all this keep me in shape and still keep my curves? do i need to do strength workouts?

I cant see why you would’nt, sounds like you do lots of walking and lifting however you may see a small differance just try to keep to a healthy diet an keep it up and you should be fine!
