Fighting Dvd

What type of fighting style should I learn?
I’m 17 and in pretty good shape. Im not really strong but I can bench around 145 pounds. Im out for wrestling, but I’m looking for something new. Here’s the kicker… I live in a small town with no real gyms around. I want to find an easy but powerful fighting style like bjj or mauy thai. I will have to get a dvd or book do you have any suggestions?
Not any one Martial Art will do for you if you try to be the best. study all of them in your free time… but my personal recomendation is that you learn the footwork and lightness from boxing, learn the kicks from Taekwondo, Learn the hand motions from Kung fu, and try not to use wrestling to much. wrestling means getting close which means risking to get hit. learn wrestling to handle wrestlers and so that you dont get killed if a wrestling situation happens but dont make it a top prioritity. and not to be gay but learn yoga or taichi. learn the flexibility and posture of those movements. good posture is necesary to prevent injuries and generate more powerful moves and extreme flexibility is needed for high kicks. in taekwondo dont do poomsae, breaking, and Self Defense btw poomsae is forms… and why? all you need is kicks and sparring practice…

Goodbye Yellow Brick Road $6.08 Rarely mentioned as one of the great double albums, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road had to settle for ending up in a few million record collections. So sprawling that it doesn’t quite measure up to the earlier, more laid-back Honky Chateau or the later, pushy Rock of the Westies, this still holds claim to a lot of brilliant, very pop-savvy music: the winking rebellion of “Bennie and the Jets” and “Satur… |
