What are the best fat-burning What are the best toning exercises for women targeting the stomach, thighs and underarms?
I know it takes a minimum of 25-30 minutes of cardio a day to get anywhere. However, what is the best body shaping / Fat Burning exercises for upper and lower stomach, legs and armpits? These are my problem areas … I can not seem to find the answer to my question. Each link you want to buy a book, video or drugs. Any one any advice on these three areas??? As usual, that costs me $$$$$$$$$$
You are, to some extent on the right track, but the fact is, poor diet, 90% of the job should not expect anything. Then add the speed of the next week, and enter to the load on the week after, as an example. Not everyone is the same way, to find out what works best for you. Intensive Training, after finishing a bout of intensive cardio, about 10-15 minutes would be a good start to increase fat burning. Cardio does not work alone, they only strips you to the Lean Body Mass (LBM), LBM, and fat is responsible for the loss of an active muscle tissue. After intensive training, the body says, "What in the world Did You do to me?" I had better stick to this muscle in the gym or I can not run again!
