Weider 155 Bench is a worth the price?
I have seen this bench for sale $ 90: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5280829 It's called Weider 155 bench 100 pounds Vinyl Weight Set 100 kg. of vinyl weights and a step-by-step exercise chart. What do you think the biggest weight on the bench? And do not you think that the dumbbell handle at least 200 pounds of weight? So yes, please answer my 2 separate question. 1st What do you think the biggest weight on the bench? As. What is the biggest weight on the bench before the holidays. 2nd Do you think that it can handle up to dumbbell 200 pounds? Or, do you think the max weight of the dumbbell? (A dumbbell is about 2-3 pounds)
I agree with other posters. Since the bulkier vinyl weights, leave less room for the bar to add more weight, severely limiting development. I suppose you * can * handle the bar up to 155 pounds, and in space and the actual durability of the bar. The maximum weight for the bench probably about 400 pounds (including an average of £ 150 + people 200-250 kg in weight). The glasses should mention that up. I do not think this is worth the price. Probably a very short warranty and you will quickly outgrow it. A good Olympic Bench might cost around $ 300 new, but last you a lifetime (and I have a lifetime warranty). An Olympic Bench wider arm rests (very important for women to breast, that you have enough space). Furthermore, it can handle more power / weight (800 + pounds, including both the athlete and the weights) and allows for stronger barbells can handle more weight plates.
