Elastic Hand
How can i stop these annoying little habits?
I constantly bite my fingernails, the skin around my fingernails, my lips, and the inside of my mouth.
It’s really starting to annoy me, because i get pretty uncomfortable when i can’t, and i know if i continue it will start to look awful.
I chew gum, and i wear a elastic band around my hand because i have anxiety anyway, and i constantly need to fiddle with something.
I have the same problem i stopped biting my for at least 2 weeks. What I do is I paint my nails a really dark color like black but i dont like black so i paint it a Navy Blue color .So when you bite your nails you get the nail polish all over your mouth. So the thing is it should help you not bite your nail cause you dont want on your teeth and all.For the skin try putting on lotion that when you bite it . it taste really nasty. lips umm use the carmex strawberry chapstick thing like the liquid kind. i put on my lip . when i lick it .it has a minty taste at first but then the aftertest is so disgusting.
