Brooks Adrenaline
breaking in Running Shoes?
i just got a pair of brooks Adrenaline Gts Sevens and they are currently causing the top of my foot to hurt a bit, but they are the right size. is it because they aren’t broken in yet? they are also very stiff. other than that, a very good shoe.
They do not need to be broken in, they are ready to use.
If they are hurting the top of your foot you may need to lace them up differently.
If changing the laces, wearing better socks does not help then the shoes may not be right for your feet.
It is good to try on shoes and walk around the store before buying them.
