Are you required to wear a shirt at brazilian Jiu Jitsu class?
i was just wondering if some people train brazilian jiu jitsu shirtless?.. or is it a requirement to wear at least a shirt for sanitary purposes and to avoid rug burns? also when you train with gi can u have a shirt under the gi or a Rash Guard?
generally you can’t train shirtless, unless your training for a shirtless comp. sometimes more lax schools will allow it but not really bjj schools. Except sometimes on somedays when guys are rolling for fun, but generally you look at the guy with his shirt off like hes a monkey. wear what ever you want under your shirt.
