What can you do with the Iron Gym that it does not say on the box?
I have had the iron gym for a week and a half now. when i started doing pull-ups i could only do 3. Now I am doing 15 and it is a lot easier. I feel and look stronger and i have some what of a 6 pack now… still trying. But you can still see it very easily. I was just wondering if you can do anything else with the iron gym, or if there are any tricks with it. Answers would be very much appreciated.
You can brace your legs with a Stability Ball to lift your body at different angles, and, of course, you can do hanging knees raises. Supposedly you can also do triceps dips, but these are pretty ineffective. Really, the contraption’s designed for various kinds of pull-ups. You should purchase a set of adjustable dumbbells for other exercises, which is what I did.
