Is it better to get a total body workout everyday?
Is it better to just target certain muscles for certain days, or should you be getting a total body workout everyday?
Depends on your goals. To quickly add some muscle and start getting rid of fat a total body workout three days a week and cardio three days a week works wonders for most people.
Remember to follow a proper nutritional plan, drink plenty of water and rest as much as you can.
