Body Fat

What is the maximum body fat percentage points I can lose in 1 month?
I’m setting goals right now, and I’d like to know what the maximum body fat percentage points I can lose in 1 month?
I’m 20 years old, 118lbs with 24% body fat. I plan to do 15 minutes of elliptical machine training and 15 minutes of jump roping 5 times a week. Then it’s an hour of weight training 4 times a week, and Pilates once a week. I’m gonna start eating more healthily 5-6 times a day, every 3 hours. How much body fat percentage points can I lose with this regimen in 1 month? Can I get down to 110 lbs, 19%?
In order to drop to 19%, 110 lbs, you need a calorie deficit of 1000 per day. At your weight, this entails about 2 hours of cardio at about 65% of your maximum, while keeping your calorie intake at what it would be if you weren’t doing the exercise.
Resistence training burns calories faster while you’re doing the actual lifts, but you can’t sustain it nearly as long as you can go at a 65%-75% rate. There’s lots of resting in between.
The percents I’m referring to are not % of max Heart Rate, but % of max oxygen intake. It doesn’t really matter what you do as long as it’s got you breathing hard, continually for two hours a day. You will need to take one day a week off for rest.
If you intermittantly run your exercise up into where it gets to be anaerobic, you will burn more calories in your post-exercise recovery period, but if you do this, you may not be able to sustain the exercise for the full 2 hours. The magnitude of the recovery calories that we’re talking about is like 150 versus only 100 if you stick to pure Aerobic Exercise.
But, I’m wondering why you would want to knock yourself out like that. Wouldn’t it be a lot saner to do it in 2 months, with only a 500 cal per day deficit?

Queen – Greatest Hits $7.39 Queen brought a whole new meaning to the phrase over the top. While rock & roll flamboyance stretched back at least as far as Little Richard, Freddie Mercury continued to camp it up, taking little seriously and smirking at the music’s growing pretensions while partaking in them no small bit. Many of the band’s singles hold up extremely well, such as “Killer Queen” and “You’re My Best Friend”. The … |

I Love Everybody $6.13 “I Love Everybody,” is a return to Lovett’s early Texas-cowboy-poet style. In fact, it’s a return to those earlier songs. While all 18 tracks on the album are previously unreleased, most of them date from the 1980s when he was writing far more high-quality material than anyone was interested in recording. This is sure to please his longtime fans, who believe Lovett has never written a better song … |
