What type of heavy bag for boxing is good for a 13 year old?
I have a 15 dollar gift card at Sports Authority and i found this 25lbs bag for 39.99.
Is that too light because i hear other ppl use like 80lbs. its from everlast but i dont know if its a good bag. Should i get it
25 lbs? thats a joke.. Buy that if you weigh 50 lbs… You should save up and buy a bag from ringside.com,title.com, or everlast.. The bag you need should be about half your weight… My favorite brand for everything(gloves,handwraps,bags, etc) is GRANT grantboxing.. The things they sell at franchise stores like those are ripoffs.. dont buy anything from there.. Go to the websites I listed and buy everything from there..
