Does anyone out there exercise for hours and hours a day in martial arts or boxing?
Are you like ready for anything? Like alert and able to fight like if a guy came up and sucker punched you would you be like totally fit and energized? Im wondering if there is anyone out there who totally trains for hand to hand combat like hours a day.
I train 2 hours a day, 4-5 days a week.
Training does not guarantee you’d be ready when sucker punched, peaple who do that have no honor, and martial artists should be honorable.
Training gives you a better chance to defend yourself, the harder you train, the better your chances, but does not mean you’ll become invincible.
